What is the Armani returns policy?

1. Armani offers you the chance to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. All you have to do is complete the online return form and call UPS to request a pick-up. 

3. The items must be in the original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You should have packed the items in the order box and applied the pre-paid UPS label over the delivery information.

4. Make sure you complete 3 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel.

5. Returns are usually accepted within 3 business days of their arrival at the Armani logistics centre. It may take up to 7 business days after this for the refund to be issued to your account.

Can I get next day delivery at Armani?

You can enjoy the convenience of next day shipping for an extra £20 - the courier will deliver your parcel between Monday to Friday during business hours.
