Clarins offers a hassle-free returns policy on all orders returned within 30 days of dispatch. 

1. You'll need to start the returns process through the online returns portal. 

2. Fill in the returns form that came with your order. 

3. Print and affix your DPD label to your package. 

4. Choose your pickup point through the DPD website or app.

5. Leave your mobile number to receive updates on your returns.

Can I get next day delivery at Clarins?

Absolutely! Although, you'll have to get your order in before 2pm. Clarins offers next day delivery via DPD for all orders finalised before 2pm on Monday to Friday. You can use this exclusive service for just £5.95.
