We remember the days of our youth when a friend would invite you to their princess-themed birthday party (we wish grown-ups did this) and we got to dress up as our favourite princess that week. Redeeming your Disney store code

1. Head to the Disney Store website, log in and load your basket with all the magical Disney items you desire.

2. Take a look through all of our codes and choose the one that will suit your order best.

What is the Disney Store returns policy?

We’ve never had to return any of our Disney items, but if you find yourself wanting to make a return, it is very simple. If your item is faulty, you can get in touch with the Disney team who will help assist in making your return. Otherwise, there is a returns label enclosed within your parcel. Simply fill this out, re-package your items and arrange the return through the Hermes return portal. Otherwise, you can return any items bought online to any Disney store within the country of purchase.
