What is the DUSK returns policy?

1. The DUSK returns policy differs depending on the size of the item you want to return.

2. For instance, for smaller items, DUSK offers a 28-day window from the day you received your order to return any items, provided they are unused for hygiene and repackaging purposes. Exchanges cannot be offered and delivery charges won’t be reimbursed - however, if you received your package with Evri you can use Evri to arrange a return for free

3. For larger items, DUSK arranges a collection from the address of your choice. The 28-day return window still applies, but any items that are used or assembled cannot be accepted for a return. Remember that there is a collection fee of £39.99, which will be deducted from your refund. 

4. For faulty items, you can send order details and evidence of the fault to DUSK, who can arrange a replacement or return. 

5. In all cases you should allow up to 14 days for a return to be processed, and an additional three to five working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Can I get next day delivery at DUSK?

You can! When you order a smaller item such as bedding, curtains, towels and accessories, you can enjoy next working day delivery via Evri for £4.99. For larger items however, delivery will take longer.

Is there a DUSK price match policy?
