The easyJet holidays return policy falls under their protection promise. When you book a holiday, things can feel a little unstable. What if something goes wrong? Am I entitled to a refund? With their protection promise, you’re covered in case they have to cancel your holiday and will offer you a refund (including the deposit of £60 pp). If you choose to cancel for another reason, they will credit your easyJet holidays account to the amount you have paid and also return your deposit.
