If you're currently in a workwear rut, you're not alone. With companies moving to bring employees back into the office four to five days a week, that means everyone's scrambling to come up with more workwear lewks to last the week.
And where does one go for inspiration in 2025? Instagram, of course. When it comes to workwear, we want outfits that are easy to put together using existing items in our wardrobes but that are polished enough to take us from client meetings to drinks with the girls. Sounds like an impossible task, we know, which is why we've asked our editors for the girlies they follow for when they're in need of some workwear inspo. Amongst these seven stylish influencers you'll probably never run out of office looks again.

“One Instagram account I'm obsessed with for style inspiration is Kezia Cook,” says Commerce Writer Shani Cohen. “She just gets how to take a basic outfit, and completely elevate it by experimenting with bold colours, patterns, and dreamy accessories. She’s my go-to when I’m not sure what to wear, but want to pass that cool, it-girl vibe - especially in the office. An outfit I recently wore to an event was inspired by her effortlessly-chic street style. She loves a good trench coat, so I worked that into my look, paired with a Kezie-approved oversized striped tee, New Balance trainers, and a pair of blue light glasses.”

“Emma Law does basics (and layering) too well," says Senior Commerce Writer Sophie Donovan. "As in every shirt, pair of jeans and spring-appropriate jacket she wears, I add to my Pinterest wish list immediately. I love how she involves pops of on-trend colour and print — cobalt blue and oversized gingham — to keep her looks feeling fresh, while also making her existing items work hard. A sustainable, stylish queen with seriously impressive bangs.”

Amy's way of styling her statement staples never fails to inspire me.”

“She may be the petite to my tall, but best believe I've replicated more than a few of Chloe's outfits for work," says Senior Commerce Writer Georgia Trodd. "I love the way she effortlessly layers things or completely changes a look just by scrunching up her sleeves, tucking her hair into her top, or adding a neck tie. Her accessories game is also top tier - I just need to befriend her at an event so I can invite myself round to raid her closet...”
