Returns

1. Notify Furniture Village you would like to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Get in touch via post or email outlining your reasons for wanting to make a return.

3. Make sure the item is returned in the condition that you received it.

4. Your item will then be collected and returned to the Furniture Village warehouse for inspection.

5. Once products pass inspection, you’ll receive a refund within 14 days, minus the cost of collection.

Furniture Village next day delivery

Due to the nature of the products it sells, Furniture Village does not offer a next day delivery service. However, a next day furniture collection service is available, with prices starting at £55 for bulky items.

Price match policy

Furniture Village offers a Price Promise guarantee, although this policy is limited to branded furniture. If you find an identical item listed elsewhere at a cheaper price, Furniture Village will match it. Any price match needs to take into account additional delivery costs.
