2. For both amendments and cancellations arranged over the phone with the customer service centre at 0330 333 9268, you will be charged a £5 administration fee. Alternatively, you can also amend or cancel your booking online without incurring this fee.

3. You may cancel and amend your booking up to 24 hours before your time of arrival.
