How to redeem your Gousto discount code

Redeeming your discount code

1. Go to the Gousto website and follow the instructions given to place your order. This involves entering your postcode, selecting your meal choices and dreaming about how good they’re going to taste…

2. Click on 'Basket' and then select 'Checkout.'

3. Here you’ll be able to apply your discount code on the right-hand side. Head back to our page and copy the code you’d like to use to your clipboard.

4. Head back over to Gousto and paste the code in the specified box and your order total will be changed automatically.

Here are some things to try if your Gousto discounts aren’t working:

• Be sure that you have correctly entered the code – this is the biggest reason for error. We always recommend copy and pasting the code directly to be sure.

• Check the expiry date – we do our best to keep on top of expired codes, but we can’t be everywhere at once! Occasionally, one will show as active.

Right now they offer 60% off your first Gousto box and 20% off all boxes in the first two months. There is almost always a cheeky deal available, so we recommend keeping an eye out for those! You’ll usually find them in a banner above the home screen in purple.

You will be given a Gusto discount code to redeem on your first order when you do this. This will provide you with £10 off your first order of £30 and above.

What is the Gousto returns policy?

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your box.

• You can request a refund or replacement. If this is not possible, Gousto will issue you a store credit.

• If returning an item, please ensure that all original packaging and contents are included, as the company does not accept damaged or returned items without their original packaging.

Gousto next day delivery

Gousto cannot guarantee when the delivery will be made but you will receive an email notification the day before your box is due to arrive and you will then be able to track the delivery. 

Can I get a Gousto free trial?

Yes, occasionally they will run an offer where you can order one box absolutely free to see how you enjoy the service. We recommend signing up to notifications and keeping an eye on social media to see when these free trials pop up.
