1. Contact the customer care team or return the item to the store, and where you can, retain all original packaging and no physical damage.

2. FRASERS has a 28-days money-back guarantee bought in store for a credit note or, where possible, make an exchange, visit any FRASERS store within the days of purchase. If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund.

3. As evidence of purchase, you'll need the shipment confirmation email or the original receipt on return.

4. Return the items to a FRASERS store after filling out the returns note. Alternatively, send through the parcel collections service and Collect.
