• If you cancelled your order or never received your meal or one of your meal items was missing, Just Eat will give you a partial or full refund. Depending on the payment method used, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account. If a voucher was used, they also reimburse the credit back into your account.

• Price match policy

• Just Eat guarantees customers that if the amount they pay when ordering from their site is more than the amount they would have spent when ordering directly from the restaurant, they will give you twice the difference.
