Few haircuts are as iconic as Jennifer Aniston's The Rachel. Created by her long-time hair stylist, Chris McMillan, the idea was to give her Friends TV show character a signature look that was also wearable, covetable and aspirational for the actress herself. And, the circumstances surrounding Chris' latest cult hairstyle are similar.

This time it was for another one of his long-term clients, actress Leslie Bibb, who appears in the latest season of White Lotus as Kate, a highly strung Texan country club WAG on a girl's trip with college friends Laurie (a corporate lawyer) and Jaclyn (a successful actress).

Since the show aired, Leslie's character's teensy tiny bob has been gaining loads of attention thanks to its next-level craftsmanship, it's sassy personality and ability to withstand Thailand's humidity. Taking to Instagram, Chris and Leslie explained how the cut was created and unveiled it's bold name: the C*nty Little Bob, or CLB (yep, really).

“Some people have The Rachel, I have the c*nty little bob,” Leslie laughed, before Chris took us behind the scenes.

“So here I am giving Leslie Bibb her c*nty little bob for The White Lotus. It's just a super blunt, straight across, slightly angled, longer in the front bob,” he said. “Continuity plays a big part when you do a TV show and/or a film. Having something really easy and simple to maintain, especially in that humidity of Thailand, I think we nailed it. And then we also created a kind of iconic look,” he added.

As for the inspo behind it, the idea was to match it up to her republican soccer mom character. It edges toward Karen territory, with the slightly sloped shape, but manages to land somewhere much more stylish, wearable and polished.

One follower in the comments section of Chris' video noted: “you guys nailed this sus MAGA bob,” while another revealed how much she admired the cut. “I was just saying to my husband how much I loved her hair while watching! Love love love her hair,” said user @tanya.monaghan.

People are delighting in the name, which reclaims sassy, audacious energy. “I’m so pleased you Americans are finally freeing that word from its cage and letting it sing like us Brits always meant it to be sung when we lent you the language. So versatile,” said @niknightingale, whereas others are fully accepting the cut's icon status. “Leslie Bibb???? More like Leslie BOB!!!,” one user said, while another gushed: “the cut deserves a best supporting award from somewhere. Its a character all on its own.”

So, there's a new cut in town to give Jennifer Aniston's The Rachel a run for its money and even Chris is excited to see where it goes. “Now let’s see the ‘c*nty little bob’ become the look of the year,” he wrote in his caption.
