5. If your product arrives damaged, notify the customer service team within 48 hours.

6. Faulty products can be returned within 30 days.

7. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 14 working days.

Robert Dyas offers next-day delivery for mainland UK addresses. Next-day delivery costs £7.95 for most orders. For bulky products, next-day delivery costs £19.95.
