Returns

VistaPrint doesn’t offer a conventional returns policy, but it does provide a Satisfaction Guarantee that covers you in the event you’re unhappy with the products you receive. Here’s what you need to know about returning items to VistaPrint:

1. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives to determine quality and inspect for any damage.

2. If you’re unhappy with a delivery, contact the customer support department within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. If you get in touch with VistaPrint via the website, you should receive a response within 1 working day.

4. If your VistaPrint is liable for any damage or printing errors, they will reprint your order free of charge.

5. Alternatively, you can request that your account be credited with the value of your original order.

VistaPrint next day delivery

Although VistaPrint doesn’t offer next-day delivery, a Rush delivery option guarantees your order will arrive within 2 working days. Rush delivery costs £11.99 (incl. VAT). Please note, that delivery estimates are only guaranteed for orders placed before 8 pm. Exceptions also apply to certain product lines. Next-day delivery isn’t offered as standard because VistaPrint also needs to factor in production and printing times.

Price match policy

VistaPrint does not offer a price match policy at this time. However, prices are very competitive for the personalised products it provides.
