What is the Wild Cosmetics returns policy?

There is no return policy at Wild Cosmetics as such. However, if there are issues with your deodorant, there are some steps that you can take.

Faulty Item: If the issue is regarding a fault with the product, you can fill out the contact form on the Wild website within 14 days of your order. You won't be asked to return the faulty item. 

Wrong order: If you have been sent the wrong products, don't panic! Simply fill out the contact form online and attach a picture of your faulty delivery. The best part? You get to keep the wrong product or case so you can give it to someone you love!

Not happy with the product: Wild explicitly state on their website that there tends to be a 'transition period' between using your regular deodorant and shifting to a natural deodorant. You may be a little stinkier for a few weeks - but this should pass! If you have waited out the transition period and things don't improve, you can fill out the contact form within 30 days of your purchase. Don't throw away the product - pass it on to someone who could use it.
