1. If something isn’t right with the product you purchased, you can return it to the store within 28 days and you will receive a full refund or exchange.

2. Don’t forget to take proof of purchase with you! The store is unable to provide a refund or exchange without it.

3. Once a refund begins processing, it will take 14 calendar days to appear in your account.

4. For large home delivery items, Wilko.com will work with the delivery partner to arrange the return.

Can I get next-day delivery at Wilko.com?

Yes, you can arrange next-day delivery with Wilko.com. You will have to make your order before 7.30 pm on Monday to Thursday and pay £6.95 for next day/premium delivery. Saver delivery costs £3.95 and takes five to seven working days between Monday and Friday. If you spend over £50 though, you will automatically get free saver delivery.
